The products governed by the leasing contract are registered as fixed assets in the accounting of the leasing company; at the end of the leasing contract, the user will return the product.

The vehicle I use was damaged. What do I have to do?
As in any other case, the person who drove the car goes to the police and makes a statement. After that, based on a mandate from Premium Leasing, a claim file will be opened by the claim agent, and the car will be repaired. In case of total damage, Premium Leasing cease the invoicing for the respective car, and you can choose for the removal of the vehicle from the contract or to buy a car which will replace it. If the service "replacement vehicle" is activated, Premium Leasing will put at your disposal a similar car, in case that the repairs for your car last more than 2 days. Also, if the contractual extra-options are activated, the damaged car can be taken to the motor shop or to the claim agent by the Premium Leasing representatives.

Where do I have to pay the lease payment?
The lease payment can be paid by payment order or cash at any bank. For invoices with a value of less than RON 5000, you can pay the lease payment cash, at the Premium Leasing office in Bucharest.
